Important Service Information
Service Area Notice
Boatsitters serves vessels located throughout Charleston and the surrounding Lowcountry. Due to vessel size, access limitations, and existing route commitments, we may not be able to accommodate all requests. All requests are reviewed prior to approval to ensure proper fit and service quality.
Licensed & Insured
Boatsitters is fully licensed and insured in South Carolina and authorized to operate within marinas, private docks, storage facilities, and approved service yards.
Service Scope
BoatSitters provides monitoring, documentation, and response services. We are not an insurance provider, and vessel maintenance, repairs, and insurance coverage remain the responsibility of the owner.
Payment Policy
Membership services require payment in advance to secure placement on our inspection schedule. À la carte and one-time services are invoiced and collected prior to or upon completion of service, depending on scope.
